Itinerary:
Day Trip - Arusha / Moshi → Arusha National Park → Return
- Morning pick-up from your accommodation in Arusha or Moshi for an approximately 1–2 hour drive to Arusha National Park
- Arrival at the park gate and completion of entry formalities
- Morning game drive through forested areas and open plains
- Spot black-and-white colobus monkeys, blue monkeys, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, and warthogs
- Scenic drive past Momella Lakes, often home to flamingos and other water birds
- Picnic lunch inside the park surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery
- Optional short walking safari with an armed ranger (subject to availability)
- Afternoon game drive with views of Mount Meru and Ngurdoto Crater
- Late afternoon return drive to Arusha or Moshi, arriving early evening
