Itinerary:
Day 1 — Tarangire National Park: Land of Elephants & Baobabs
- Early morning pick-up in Arusha or Moshi and drive to Tarangire National Park.
- A scenic drive through rolling hills and villages with beautiful landscapes along the way.
- Mid-day and afternoon game drive exploring savannah, riverbeds, and giant baobab trees.
- Spot large elephant herds, giraffes, zebras, lions, occasionally also leopards, and countless bird species.
- Evening transfer to Karatu town for overnight stay.
- A stay inside the park is available with applicable park's concession fee. We're happy to organize this for you.
Day 2 – Ngorongoro Crater: Safari in the Eden of Africa --> Return
- Early departure for Ngorongoro Conservation Area nearby - expect about an hour drive.
- Pass through Ngorongoro gate and descend into the breathtaking crater.
- Full-day game drive on the crater floor, where diverse habitats host the Big Five animals.
- Picnic lunch by the hippo pool, with stunning crater views.
- Afternoon return drive to Arusha or Moshi, arriving in the late afternoon/early evening.
